Frequently Asked Questions

Who needs a Spectator Pass?

All parents, friends, and family attending must have a Spectator Pass. Registered players and coaches will receive a separate pass and do not need one.
Spectators under 12 and over 65 get free entry and will receive a wristband at the door.

What does the 3-Day Spectator Pass include?

The Spectator Pass gives you access to all three days of the tournament—Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Where can I pick up my Spectator Pass?

If you didn’t pick up your Spectator Pass during NYMini weekend, you can get it during the tournament:

  • Friday, Aug 29 at Team Registration/Check-In
  • Saturday, Aug 30 in front of the main entrance at the Javits Center

Can someone pick up multiple Spectator Passes for their team?

Yes! A team rep can pick up multiple passes in one go—as long as they can:

  1. Provide the order number, and
  2. Give the name or email the order was placed under.

We use both to verify orders and prevent any mix-ups.

Is there a 1-day pass option?

Yes—a Day Pass is available for $15/day. Day Passes will be available for purchase on-site each day of the tournament.
